My journey as a first-time founder was one of the most challenging experiences of my life...

Even though I studied at an Ivy League education, worked at a leading management consulting firm, and had experience with nonprofits, there was something unique about launching a venture so deeply personal... It was an experience that took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride, ultimately leading to burnout at the age of 28.

Fast forward six years, not only have I embarked on my own healing journey, but I've also had the privilege of guiding dozens of social impact founders on their own paths. Through these experiences, I've identified ten of the most common mistakes that founders tend to make. And now, I'm sharing them with you in the hopes that your journey doesn't have to be as difficult as mine. At the very least, I want you to know that you're not alone.
